At last, a low FODMAP cookbook that ONLY has quick and easy recipes!
I know how hard it can be to make healthy food when you are feeling unwell or exhausted. It can be even harder to find low FODMAP snacks for sale in grocery stores. Having healthy snacks on hand can help you manage your hunger levels and makes it so much easier to stick to the low FODMAP diet. This e-book has 12 delicious recipes that are simple to make. All of the recipes have a colour photo, and are low FODMAP and gluten-free. Included is a helpful guide to making healthy and filling low FODMAP snacks.
Do you ever find yourself standing in your kitchen hungry but not knowing what to eat? As a free bonus, there is also a printable list of 54 snack ideas – you can print it off and keep it in your kitchen for inspiration! The list is divided into four sections: sweet snacks, sweet n’ salty snacks, savoury snacks and crunchy snacks.
I hope this e-book can be your go-to cookbook anytime you need a quick and easy snack.
I love sharing recipes on my food blog. My mission is to prove that low FODMAP and gluten-free foods can taste just as good as “regular” foods. I’ve shared many of the foods I missed the most, from Caesar salad dressing to chocolate chip cookies. However, I realized that many low FODMAP recipes are long and complicated. On social media I frequently get comments asking for more beginner recipes that are quick and easy. I hear from individuals who are brand new to cooking, or dealing with multiple health issues, or work full time and cook for their families. This cookbook is for all of you!
When I started the low FODMAP diet I was a busy Master’s student at the University of Toronto. Between classes I had to deal with multiple health problems while making some big dietary changes. I know how hard it is to cook healthy foods when you are extremely fatigued or just want to curl up in a ball with a heating pad. The upside of going through this tough time is I developed a collection of my own delicious, nutritious and convenient recipes! I have worked so hard on making this e-book and I am so excited to finally have it available on my website! My plan is to release an ebook for each category of recipes (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dessert, etc.).
You may be wondering why did I write an ebook? If you take a look around my website, you will notice that there is NO advertisements, affiliate links, sponsored posts, etc. I want to make sure it’s clear that my blog is free from food industry influence. I love sharing my recipes and articles with everyone, however, it does cost money to keep my website up and running. All of the money from the ebook sales will go towards maintaining and improving my website! I want to be able to keep sharing tasty recipes with you for years to come! Thank you for all of your support 🙂
Below is a preview of a page of the e-book. Two of the recipes in the book I have shared on my blog in the past: Banana Oat Cookies and Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie. The other 10 recipes are exclusive to the e-book and will never be shared on my blog.
If you want a longer preview of the e-book (first 11 pages), sign up for my weekly email newsletter and you will be sent a PDF copy!
Another way you can help support my blog is by pinning some or all of the pictures below to your Pinterest boards 🙂 That way more people will be able to discover my recipes!
